The Ordering Process
Deposit Payment on More Expensive Products
As is the common practice in most contracting industries, we require one-half of the purchase price before the work begins for projects with a price of $400 or more. This enables us to purchase any necessary tools (photos, fonts, music, themes, etc.) that may be needed to complete your product.
Full Payment on Less Expensive Products
For products that cost less than $400, full payment is due when you order.
What happens when you place an order . . .
To ensure we create the best possible products for you, we will need some information about your needs. When you pay the deposit on a product, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you can download a PDF product information sheet that includes a questionnaire. When you click on the payment link at PayPal, please don’t hit the back button and keep the browser open so the redirection process can take place.
Please follow the instructions on the information sheet and submit your response (via email) as soon as possible. Each unique product has its own questionnaire because we need different information, depending on what you ordered.
Production of Draft
Once we receive your information, we’ll get busy creating the product you ordered. The time frame depends upon the product you ordered (see the sales page for each product to learn more about typical turnaround times). The draft will be a lower resolution (smaller) version of the final product.
When your product draft is ready for your feedback, we will deliver it to you through a service. You’ll get a download link via email. The product will have a watermark on it, which will be removed once you approve the final product and the remaining balance has been paid.
Editing
Depending upon the product/package you purchased, you will be allowed to request one or more edits. After the editing has been completed, you will once again receive a download link or attachment via email to review and approve your product.
Final Payment
Once you have approved your product, you will be invoiced for the balance due on your account, if applicable. When the payment has been processed, we will deliver the final product to you with the watermark removed. This will be a high-resolution product, and, in the case of book covers, will be properly formatted for the platform you requested (i.e. Kindle, CreateSpace, etc.).
Please note the delivery process is not automated. We typically deliver your finished product within a few hours of the payment, but if you have not received it within 24 hours, please submit a support ticket to our support desk (LindasHelpDesk.com).
